    DO NOT USE THESE REMOVALISTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I sought a quote from them, I gave them a FULL list of what had to be moved down to the exact number of boxes and where from and where to. I was quoted around $800 and perhaps it was very naïve of me but I left the ordering of the size of the van to Eddie because he was the person I sent the list to and who gave me the quote and given his experience I would have thought he would organise an appropriate sized truck. When the truck arrived 30 minutes late (the driver said it took him three hours to get from Docklands to Diamond Creek which could never happen) he immediately looked at what they had to move and told me I should have ordered a ten ton truck and not an 8 ton truck. I told them I had no say in the size of the truck I left that to Eddie. I rang the company to ask why they had sent me a truck that was clearly not big enough to move my belongings in one move and the lady at the company YELLED at me accusing me of signing an acceptance form accepting the 8 ton truck and if I needed a bigger truck I should have said so before the truck arrived. I went through all my emails and I received an email from that very same lady telling me that I did not have to sign any documentation, my email was acceptance of the job, and no mention of the size of the truck was in any email I received from the company. You would think that with all their supposed experience and the fact they had a complete list of my belongings that the appropriate size truck would be sent. I now think that because I did not query it or know what size they had ordered that I was conned to ensure that two trips had to be made therefore ensuring that the amount to be paid would be well over the quoted price. The two men took 6 hours to move a full truck of furniture and boxes and 8 hours to move a truck less than half full. They mucked around and took far too long to tie items up. I will never use them again the cost was double what they quoted and they gave no discount for their error in sending the wrong size truck. They were rude and yelled when I asked any questions. I found this organisation to be totally unprofessional, in particular the lady who answered the phone who was very rude and can see why the industry has such a bad reputation

    I've been renting for over 20 years and have never come across a more competent and friendly bunch of staff, especially from a removalist company. I recommend this company at the highest level and I will not use anyone else to move my belongings again so let's all pray they don't close shop. Thank you everyone for yet another fantastic move. Eddie is the boss man and lives up to his name, as does Talita, the lovely office lady, and the removalist boys we know personally: Vinnie, Rafael and Henri. All the best to you all. Huge hugs!
